Leadership training May 05.previewThis seminar is based on academic research and civic organization involvement of how to focus supervisors and managers on leadership. Characteristics of good leadership abilities are explored. Group discussion includes asking participants what organizational stigmas and norms prevent people from being more effective leaders in their organizations.
